VISA, FLIGHTS, HOTEL FEES
VISA’S

GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) Nationals do not require a visa; GCC Residents can obtain a visa at the airport.

A 14-day business or tourist visa on arrival at Doha International Airport can be obtained for QR55, for Citizens of the Following 33 countries:

USA, UK, France, Italy, Germany, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican, Iceland, Andora, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and South Korea.

Citizens of other countries should contact the nearest Qatar Embassy for visa application.

If you need assistance in obtaining your visa, The Congress Organizing Committee may be able to help. Please send your passport copy together with the registration and payment form attached, Or complete the registration form on the Congress website.

Invited speakers will acquire free visa at the airport.
